Living here shouldn't mean always working from home.
More and more jobs can be done from anywhere, which makes living in the Alt Urgell compatible with working for a company elsewhere or building something of your own. For that you also need good places to do it from.
Loocal Coworking is a professional space with a street-level entrance, five minutes from the centre of La Seu, to work from for here or for anywhere else.

On a quiet street in La Seu d'Urgell, where there's usually parking on the street itself and the life of the neighbourhood around it.
Cafés, bars, a supermarket, pharmacy and gym a few minutes' walk away. Andorra is about twenty minutes by car.

Frequently asked questions about the coworking.
What are the opening hours?
Regular hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm, which is when the space is heated or air-conditioned. We set it up that way so we don't use energy when nobody's here. If you have a desk and one day you need to stay later, come in on a Saturday or pick something up, you can get in outside those hours.
Is there a minimum term?
No. The monthly membership renews month to month and you just need to give us 30 days' notice. The annual one is a twelve-month commitment in exchange for two months free.
Are the desks fixed?
Yes, all of them. With any membership you have your own desk assigned, so you don't have to pack up every evening.
Can I take calls or video calls?
Video calls with headphones and at a normal conversational volume, no problem.
Do you have a meeting room?
No. For a small, one-off meeting we can sometimes work something out depending on the moment, but it's not something we can promise.
Can I come and see it before deciding?
Of course. Write to us, we'll arrange a day and show you around properly.
How does the trial day work?
You book a day pass for €20+VAT. If you then take out a monthly membership, that amount is deducted from your first month.
Do you have a printer or scanner?
Unfortunately, no.
Can I receive parcels?
Yes. You can use the coworking's address for your deliveries.
Can I bring my dog?
Tell us about them and we'll see. As it's a shared, quiet space, we check with the other members first.
